Information we collect
Registration details include your name, passport number, contact information, organization, country, ticket selection, job title, and any requirements you choose to share. Contact and newsletter forms collect the information shown in each form.
How we use it
The organizing committee uses your name and passport number to create and email your official invitation letter. It uses the remaining information to process registration, coordinate payment on arrival, provide event and visa support, send operational updates, and respond to messages.
Storage and access
The system encrypts passport numbers in the conference database. Authorized conference administrators can access masked registration records. Email and hosting providers receive the information needed to deliver the invitation and operate conference services. JATCA does not sell participant information.
Retention and your choices
JATCA keeps records for event administration and legal reporting, then removes information that it no longer needs. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by email.
